Ontario Premier Doug Ford speaks with reporters ahead of a virtual meeting of Canada’s first ministers. The meeting was called to address U.S. President-elect Donald Trump’s threat to impose a 25 per cent on all imports from Canada if certain border issues aren’t addressed.
