Prime Minister Justin Trudeau delivers remarks ahead of a meeting with Ruslan Stefanchuk, the speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

The meeting takes place on the sidelines of the 70th annual session of the NATO parliamentary assembly in Montreal.
