Palestinian Canadian discusses Canada’s Gaza visa program – November 19, 2024

Omar Omar, a representative of the group Gazan Families and founder of the Gazan Canadian League, discusses Canada’s temporary visa program for Palestinians fleeing the Gaza strip amid the Israel-Hamas war.

Omar is joined at the news conference in Ottawa by David Matsinhe (Amnesty International Canada) and Alex Peterson (Canadians for Justice and Peace in the Middle East).
