Alberta Premier Danielle Smith responds to the federal government’s proposed cap on greenhouse gas emissions from the oil and gas sector. She is joined at the news conference in Edmonton by Alberta ministers Brian Jean (energy and minerals) and Rebecca Schulz (environment and protected areas).
