Foreign Affairs Minister Mélanie Joly and Defence Minister Bill Blair hold a news conference alongside South Korean Foreign Minister Cho Tae-yul and Defence Minister Kim Yong-hyun, who are visiting Ottawa for a bilateral meeting.
