Minister Ellis announces new sheriffs unit for central Alberta – November 1, 2024

Mike Ellis, Alberta’s minister of public safety and emergency services, announces the creation of a new team of sheriffs for central Alberta.

He is joined at the news conference in Red Deer by Adriana LaGrange (MLA for Red Deer North and minister of health), Jason Stephan (MLA for Red Deer South), Ken Johnston (mayor of Red Deer), and Mike Letourneau (superintendent of Alberta Sheriffs).
