Your career in social work starts with post-secondary education.

And at Thompson Rivers University, we offer the hands-on, career-ready Bachelor of Social Work.

The four-year program prepares you to be a social worker, educational counsellor, family, marriage and other related counsellor and a social and community service worker. Learn the skills you need to work in various fields of practice such as child welfare, mental health, addictions, women’s services and family justice.

At this information session, you will learn admission requirements, the relevant curriculum, career opportunities and the resources available to you to succeed at TRU.
