Housing expert is optimistic about the Conservatives’ new proposal – October 30, 2024

The founding director of the PLACE Centre at the Smart Prosperity Institute, Mike Moffat, has described the latest Conservative proposal on eliminating the GST on new homes under a million dollars “the boldest middle-class housing proposal released to date from any federal political party.”
