‘Generation Squeeze’ founder presents polling data on proposed OAS boost – October 28, 2024

October 28, 2024 at 8:10 am  Federal, Politics, Video

Paul Kershaw, founder of the non-profit organization Generation Squeeze, discusses polling data that he claims shows the Bloc Québécois’ push to increase the Old Age Security (OAS) benefit for seniors is out of touch with the priorities of most Canadians, including Quebecers.

The Bloc is demanding passage of its OAS bill by October 29 in exchange for not working with the other opposition parties to try to topple the minority Liberal government.
