Les chefs des Premières Nations ont rejeté une entente de 47,8 milliards de dollars d’Ottawa visant à réformer le programme de services à l’enfance et à la famille. Notre animatrice Catherine Lafrance discute des raisons de ce rejet avec Robert-Falcon Ouellette de la nation crie Red Pheasant. Il a été député libéral fédéral et est aujourd’hui professeur à l’Université d’Ottawa.
