MPs speak with reporters on Parliament Hill as they convene for the daily question period in the House of Commons. Ministers Dan Vandal (northern affairs) and Jean-Yves Duclos as well Liberal MPs Sean Casey, Wayne Long, Patrick Weiler and Yvan Baker comment on the discord within their party’s caucus. More than 20 Liberal MPs have signed a letter asking Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to step down as leader of their party before the next election.

Duclos also comments on an occurrence in the House of Commons today where Conservative MP Larry Brock complained when Duclos responded in French to a question Brock asked in English.
