L’Essentiel : Ottawa réduit ses seuils d’immigration – 24 octobre 2024

Le gouvernement fédéral a annoncé ce jeudi la réduction de ses seuils d’immigration. Le Canada accueillera 100 000 arrivants permanents de moins en 2025, et les baisses se poursuivront jusqu’en 2027. Notre animatrice Catherine Lafrance en discute avec Marc Miller, ministre de l’Immigration, des Réfugiés et de la Citoyenneté du Canada.

Nous décortiquons également les impacts de cette annonce dans le monde des affaires et à l’Assemblée nationale du Québec avec Daye Diallo et Louis Lacroix, respectivement vice-président au Conseil du patronat du Québec et correspondant parlementaire pour Cogeco.
