Free sound bath with Kate Fagervik

Join Kate Fagervik and her crystal singing bowls for an hour of music and mindfulness that will leave you feeling great!

Bathe in healing frequencies during a sixty-minute sound bath experience where we practice being alone, together.

Please bring a water bottle and a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.

We will provide some yoga mats and free snacks.
