Join us to define equity and the binary privilege/disadvantage—considering the complexity of life does not necessarily come in binaries.

We will discuss the power of approaching equity work from a strategy of mindful leadership (the most powerful kind of leadership), dropping the guilt about our privilege and embracing equity as a labour of love.

Learn about the practice of mindfulness, the importance of social location and the use stories for connection and healing.
