Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre addresses the media in Toronto to discuss cost of living issues and outline his criticisms of the policies of the Liberal government. Poilievre calls on the government to list the Iranian-backed Houthis as a terrorist entity in Canada. Responding to questions from reporters, the Conservative leader comments on his party’s decision to vote in favour of a Bloc Québécois motion to hike Old Age Security payments. He also takes questions on his support for a pre-emptive Israeli strike against Iranian nuclear facilities and on the federal government’s immigration policies.
