Assembly of First Nations National Chief Cindy Woodhouse Nepinak and Indigenous Services Minister Patty Hajdu speak with reporters after appearing before the House Indigenous and Northern Affairs committee. The committee is studying the government’s bill (C-61) to give First Nations more control over water infrastructure on their land.
