The Prince Albert Grand Council (PAGC), a group representing 12 First Nations in northern Saskatchewan, holds a news conference on Parliament Hill in Ottawa. The council is calling on the federal government to move forward on treaty rights, health care, and other priorities for Indigenous communities.

Speaking with reporters are Grand Chief Brian Hardlotte and chiefs from PAGC member nations.
