Les commémorations entourant l’attaque du Hamas contre Israël il y a un an furent soulignées en Israël et partout dans le monde, notamment sur la colline du Parlement à Ottawa. Notre animatrice Catherine Lafrance discute de la situation actuelle en Israël et de la montée des actes antisémites au Canada avec Richard Marceau, vice-président aux relations externes et avocat-conseil du Centre consultatif des relations juives et israéliennes.

La Commissaire fédérale à l’intégrité du secteur public, Harriet Solloway, affirme que son bureau reçoit tellement de dénonciations qu’il n’arrive plus à réponde à la demande. Elle dit souhaiter obtenir un meilleur financement pour en faciliter le traitement. Catherine Lafrance s’entretient avec elle.

CBC News a révélé la semaine dernière qu’Ottawa allait annoncer bientôt des changements au mandat de CBC/Radio-Canada. Celui-ci est resté intouché depuis 1991. Quels changements pour le diffuseur public? Pourrait-on revoir son modèle de financement ? Notre abordons la question avec Alain Saulnier, ancien directeur de l’information des services français de Radio-Canada et expert des médias d’information et du journalisme.
