For nearly a week now, the House of Commons has been bogged down. Due to a Conservative point of privilege, it has been unable to deal with government business.

CPAC’s Michael Serapio discusses this latest procedural standoff with Bureau Chiefs Robert Fife (Globe & Mail), Tonda MacCharles (Toronto Star) and Joël-Denis Bellavance (La Presse.)

Our Bureau Chiefs panel also discusses the rejection from the Liberals of the Bloc Québécois’ motion on the increasing of Old Age Security, as well as the determination of the Prime Minister to lead his troops onto the next election.
