Foreign Affairs Minister Mélanie Joly is once again urging Canadians in Lebanon to leave the country. Global Affairs Canada is booking seats for Canadians on commercial airlines, but many Canadians are electing to stay in the country for now.

CPAC’s Michael Serapio discusses the situation with Jon Allen, Senior Fellow at the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy, Chair of Project Rozana Canada and former Canadian ambassador to Israel.
