Steven Guilbeault, the minister of environment and climate change, makes an announcement related to the environment and chemicals management.

He is joined at the news conference on Parliament Hill by his parliamentary secretaries Julie Dabrusin and Adam van Koeverden, as well as Ojistoh Horn, board member of the Canadian Association of Physicians for the Environment.
