Le ministre de l’Environnement du Québec, Benoît Charette, tient un point de presse sur la colline du Parlement à Ottawa. Le ministre explique la position du Québec concernant le décret d’urgence potentiel du gouvernement fédéral visant à protéger le caribou boréal dans cette province.
