New Brunswick voters will head to the polls on October 21. Incumbent Premier Blaine Higgs is seeking a third term after leading a government described as controversial and divisive. The latest polls place Higgs’ Progressive Conservatives neck-and-neck with Susan Holt’s Liberals.
