Monday, Sept. 30: National Day for Truth and Reconciliation

Remembering Our Children at the Chief William Pow Wow Arbor, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Join us in celebrating the strength and resilience of Indigenous peoples at Remembering Our Children.

10 a.m. – Smudging and drumming
10:15 a.m. – Opening Speech, Chief Willie Sellars
10:30 a.m. – Speeches and Stories
11:30 a.m. – Moment of Silence
11:31 a.m.- Lunch (provided by the Laughing Loon)
12:45 p.m. – Sacred Fire with supports

This is a free event, everybody welcome and please bring your drum.
