Starting soon: New minister of transport expected to be sworn in at Rideau Hall

In a ceremony at Rideau Hall, Governor General Mary Simon is expected to preside over the swearing-in of a new minister of transport. The change to Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s cabinet comes following the resignation of Pablo Rodriguez.
