Le chef du Bloc Québécois, Yves-François Blanchet, prononce un discours à Ottawa, où il accueille Louis-Philippe Sauvé au sein du groupe parlementaire du parti. M. Sauvé a remporté un siège pour son parti, lundi soir, lors de l’élection partielle dans la circonscription montréalaise de LaSalle–Émard–Verdun.
