16:00 ET / 13:00 PT: Ministers Guilbeault and Boissonnault discuss national parks bill

Steven Guilbeault, the minister responsible for Parks Canada, and Randy Boissonnault, the minister of employment, hold a press conference in Ottawa. The pair are discussing the introduction of a bill that proposes amendments to the Canada National Parks Act.

Richard Ireland, the mayor of Jasper, Alta., also takes part.
