After a dozen rate hikes in two years, the Bank of Canada has finally succeeded in bringing the consumer price index back to its 2% target.

CPAC’s Michael Serapio reports on what this means for the health of the Canadian economy with the Chief Economist with the Conference Board of Canada, Pedro Antunes.
