Defence Minister Bill Blair delivers remarks and participates in a plenary session at the Seoul Defence Dialogue. He is joined by Kim Yong-hyun, his South Korean counterpart, and Admiral Rob Bauer, chair of the Military Committee of NATO.

Minister Blair is visiting South Korea from September 8 to 12.
