Former Bank of Canada governor Mark Carney speaks with reporters in Nanaimo, B.C., where he is attending a meeting of the national Liberal caucus. Yesterday it was announced that Carney will chair a task force advising the Liberal leader, Justin Trudeau, on economic growth.
