Researchers at TRU and the Kamloops Sexual Assault Counselling Centre have partnered up in a research project to try to understand why sexual harassment persists in the restaurant industry. “It’s challenging, when…we’re putting our trust in managers to communicate these policies to staff…,” says Arts’ faculty member Dr. Rochelle Stevenson.
