Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre holds a news conference on Parliament Hill to comment on the federal government’s newly-tabled legislation to reform the bail system. Bill C-48 proposes changes to the Criminal Code that would make it more difficult for some violent repeat offenders to be released on bail. He is joined by party critics Raquel Dancho (public safety) and Rob Moore (justice).
