Tightrope (Tandem) Walk
By narrowing our base of support this exercise challenges some of the muscles that are involved in balance and stability while we walk.
Perform this exercise along a counter or the wall to provide support as you need. Pretend you are walking on a tightrope, placing one foot directly in front of the other, the heel of your front foot will be close to, or even touching the toes of your back foot.
You can reduce the difficulty by offsetting your feet. Your front heel will be in front and to the side, by your rear foots big toe.
