How long have you been doing your art: Glass 3 years, Pottery 7 years

What got you originally interested in the art you do: The therapeutic qualities of making.

What is something you have learned about yourself through your art: How much I appreciate using handmade items in my everyday life and the ability they have to amplify everyday moments and experiences.

What do you enjoy the most about your art: Functionality.

What is your favourite joke/quote: “Let art get you through the dark” -Unknown

What do you think makes art important: It creates an opportunity to create and connect to those around you.

Why are you a member of the Kamloops Arts Council: To stay connected to the local arts community.

What are you looking forward to the most in this upcoming year (A special show or project you’re working on): Hoping to be a part of Art In the Park 2024 and take a glass workshop in Brooklyn New York this summer! Graduating from art school in 2025!
