Le journal The Globe and Mail révélait ce jeudi que le premier ministre Justin Trudeau a récemment effectué une nouvelle approche auprès de l’ancien gouverneur de la Banque du Canada, Mark Carney, cette fois-ci pour qu’il remplace la ministre des Finances Chrystia Freeland.
