Members of the TRU and Kamloops communities are invited to the first Inaugural Professorial Lecture of 2023. The lecture will be given by Dr. Bruce Martin from the Bob Gaglardi School of Business and Economics. Martin was promoted to professor in July 2021.

TRU’s Inaugural Professorial Lectures publicly celebrate a major milestone in the academic careers of the University’s newly appointed tripartite professors. Inaugural Professorial Lectures provide an opportunity for the TRU and Kamloops communities to meet new professors and to gain an understanding of their scholarship, research and teaching.

Professor Martin’s research interest focuses on the creation and growth of next generation ethical organizations: businesses that produce social, environmental and commercial value for society.

TRU’s Inaugural Professorial Lectures are organized by TRU’s Professorial Lecture Committee, with generous support from the Office of the Provost and Vice-President Academic.

There is limited seating attendance at this event, please RSVP by Thursday, Feb. 2.
