Larger drones are now a viable alternative to spray, seed and fertilize hard-to-reach areas, but Pest Management Regulatory Agency rules don’t allow spraying crop protection products in Canada. BC Regional Innovation Chair in Cattle Industry Sustainability Dr. John Church believes regulatory limitations will eventually be ironed out.
