BLAZERS WIN 6-5 IN KELOWNA – Kamloops Blazers

The Kamloops Blazers improved to 1-1-0-0 in the WHL Preseason with a 6-5 overtime win in Kelowna on Saturday night.

Caedan Bankier had the overtime winner. Matthew Seminoff added a goal and two assists while Kyle Masters had three assists and Ashton Tait and Drew Englot each had a goal and an assist.

Jesse Sanche stopped 17 of 18 shots and Michael Schnattinger turned aside 12 of 16 shots.

BOX SCORE

The Blazers will conclude the WHL Preseason this week. They will host the Victoria Royals on Wednesday, September 14th, host the Prince George Cougars on Friday, September 16th and be in Prince George on Saturday, September 17th.
