Law graduate wins essay contest – TRU Newsroom

TRU Law 2022 graduate Brett Book is the winner of the 2022 Canadian Bar Association health law section’s Law Student Essay Contest for his paper titled Nothing about us without us. Book’s paper examines the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities — how it has changed social norms regarding disability rights in Canada and how the provinces and federal government still need to update their legislation in this area.
