PM Trudeau and MPs on Tim Hortons app privacy violations, secret orders-in-council – June 1, 2022

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and MPs speak with reporters on Parliament Hill as they convene for the daily question period in the House of Commons. The prime minister and Innovation Minister François-Philippe Champagne respond to questions about the investigation by federal and provincial privacy authorities that found the Tim Hortons mobile app violated privacy laws. Liberal MP Jim Carr and Conservative MP Marilyn Gladu comment on reports that the Trudeau government has adopted 72 secret orders-in-council since coming into office. Bloc Québécois public safety critic Kristina Michaud discusses Bill C-21, the new firearms control legislation.
