Extreme Heat Guidlines

April 21, 2022 at 7:09 pm  Football, Kamloops, Kamloops Broncos, Sports

The Kamloops Broncos take the health and safety of our players seriously.

BC has seen some record temperatures over the last couple days and with above average temperatures in the forecast, we will implement the following guidelines for all outdoor team activities and operations.

  • All team activities will be suspended if temperatures rise above 45 degrees Celsius
  • Team activities should be modified if temperatures rise above 35 degrees Celsius and limit the amount of exercising and conditioning.
  • A medical person must be present at all activities if temperatures rise above 30 degrees Celsius.

Please do not hesitate to contact me.
