Le premier ministre Justin Trudeau commente les atrocités apparemment commises par les forces armées russes dans la ville ukrainienne de Boutcha, près de Kiev. Les rapports suggèrent que les Russes ont massacré des centaines de civils ukrainiens innocents. S’adressant brièvement aux journalistes avant la période de questions, M. Trudeau répond également à des questions sur le dernier rapport du Groupe d’experts intergouvernemental sur l’évolution du climat (GIEC) et sur la protection de la souveraineté du Canada dans l’Arctique.
