Understanding LifeWorks – TRU Newsroom
Take a break in your day to join your colleagues for a Wellness Wednesday virtual Lunch and Learn. Your well-being matters.
Did you know that TRU offers its employees an Employee Family Assistance Program (EAP or EFAP) through a company called LifeWorks? LifeWorks provides TRU employees with free, short-term counselling sessions, consultation services, an online wellness platform, a fitness app, and more! Yet, according to the COVID-19 Employee Feedback Survey, many did not fully understand what the EFAP is, how to access it, or how it could benefit them. So, we’ve invited Denise to share the many features that LifeWorks offers, and to help answer your questions or concerns.
Please note: This Lunch and Learn will be held via MS Teams. Joy Demsey will send you a calendar invite link. If you do not receive an email, please message her at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that TRU OL staff/faculty will not be paid for attending this presentation.
