Go Outside and Stretch – Guided by Joy Demsey and brought to you by TRU People & Culture – Health and Well-Being
Movement is an important part of well-being and mental health. Take a break, go outside and stretch. This guided 30-minute stretch is designed for outdoors and everybody, with or without a yoga mat. Your well-being matters.
Your guide Joy Demsey has been practicing yoga for over 30 years and teaching yoga for over 20 years. Over the years she has studied in India and with many renowned western yoga teachers leading to her CYT-RYT – Gold designation. Joy is also your Campus Wellness Advisor at TRU and strives to support your well-being with the latest resources, research and initiatives.
