Dr. Amie McLean, intercultural coordinator, delves into intercultural communication skills relevant to all students and their roles as student leaders.

She will present from the approach that we need interracial skills in order to avoid anti-racist outcomes.

Intercultural approaches improve our ability to bridge differences and to create foundations for responding to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s Calls to Action.
