Campus fitness classes are free for TRU students, staff and faculty.
Registration is not required; however, classes are on a first-come, first-served basis.
All campus fitness classes take place in the Fitness Studio (lower Level of the TRU Gym).
At your own pace
All classes should be taken at your own pace and intensity. Check with your physician before beginning any new exercise regime. Par Q forms must be completed by all participants.
