X Fest: We’re Halfway through the Festival
X Fest 2019, featuring Cinderella by Mike Kenny and Jack and the Beanstalkby Randi Edmundson have had a very succesfful first week. We have had raving reviews from audience members for both shows, and despite the rain and wind, it has been one of our most successful opening weeks in X FEST history! People have left our shows with lots of positive feedback, the other night a woman left saying “Great show! Awesome job! Loved it all!” and on social media we’ve had a great response as well, like a Facebook user commenting “We loved the costumes!” for Cinderella.
If you haven’t had a chance to see either show yet, there’s still lots of time to come this week. July 24 and 25th are Cinderella nights, starting at 7pm. Then on Friday the 26th it is Jack and the Beanstalk, with a show at 5pm and a show at 7pm. Then on Saturday, Cinderella performs at 7pm. See a full schedule HERE.
NEXT SATURDAY (August 3rd) is the Pay What You Can Matinee for Cinderella. The show starts at 2pm, so make sure you come a bit early because we tend to have a big turn out for our PWYC matinees.
