YOGA FOR EVERYDAY: A gentle practice for the postpartum period

YOGA FOR EVERYDAY: A gentle practice for the postpartum period

March 5, 2018 at 2:02 pm  Kamloops

Everyday practices need to shift significantly to maintain balance, especially in the after giving birth. The postpartum period is yet another journey of epic changes, physically and emotionally. Our bodies are always in transition, but this period can feel like quite the rollercoaster ride. Although you may be incredibly tired and uncomfortable, now is such an important time to nurture yourself as your body heals from the process of birth. Start slow, listen to your internal ques, connect your body and honour to yourself as a mother.
